Chairman of the board, huh? Very interesting.

I guess it means he gets his cigar lit first, among other things.

What we have is a seasoned veteran, with great business connections, sitting at the top of the board. Telling, to say the least.

Still it's best to wait for a formal announcement. Otherwise, we'll again be debating something which hasn't formally happened yet. Not again?

Good news and Happy holidays!

Steve Lair is the VP of sales per the release posted here and NOT the CEO of NEC. Which NEC is he affiliated with? NIPNY?

One thing I look for when I am hiring anyone is how many jobs have they held in 5 years. Do a search on any engine for "Steve Lair" ( use the quotations) and find out.

This man gets around as much as the aussie does.

I just spoke with Chris Hayes who is in charge of media relations with Zulumedia. He verified to me that Steve Lair is Chairman of the Board with Enhanced Services Company.

Below is a copy of an email I received from Ms. D. J. Anderson in reply to my email to her concerning Steve Lair's employment with NEC CSD. If you notice my email to her, I did ask about his involvement with NETZ as well and she gave no reference to that. Sorry folks.

Hello there,

It is the same Steve Lair. He is on the Board of Enhanced Solutions and is not CEO. He is working full-time at NEC CSD since March 23.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Regards,
DJ

Dear Ms. Anderson,
>
I noticed a PR yesterday that stated that Steve Lair has become a
Senior VP of Sales with your company. I would like to find out if his is the same Steve Lair that was reported as the CEO of Zulu-tek (NETZ) just last week and CEO of Enhanced Solutions about a month ago? If so, is he still with either of these companies and in what capacity? Thanks so very much for your time and help in getting this information to me.

"He verified to me that Steve Lair is Chairman of the Board with Enhanced Services Company."

Er, wasn't he CEO a couple of weeks ago?

"Nothing has changed since he became CEO of NEC. "

He isn't CEO of NEC. He's a VP.
