Brett help me out. all the income gnt and cnc make doesn't get eaten up in taxes its all profit because of the tax loss carryover. Therefore gnt is like "no taxes for the next two years" or up until they use 700mm interesting... John

The question is "have they already benefited the tax loss carryforward?" Accounting principles permit a company to benefit a tax loss carryforward if they can demonstrate that they can use it. I did not review the financials of CNC but did they already benefit the losses in earnings? If not, how much was already benefited? And if none has been benefited, why not? One needs to review the 10K and annual report footnotes to know the answers?
