David:

Per your recommendation, I sent a FAX to Mark Miller this afternoon. As this is Good Friday, I don't know that I will hear anything from them until Monday.

I appreciate your following up on your first posting. To be blunt, the significance of your message didn't really sink in. I wasn't aware that you could so readily get this information, and the implications that it has for helping to interpret stock action eluded me.

How do you find out who the transfer agent is for a company? This seems like a very valuable piece of information. Thanks again. I will post the results when I hear from Mark.

Also, I looked at the DGIV chart. Are you saying that the recent action there was related to busting a short squeeze? Could you elaborate more on that?

David, I have been ocassionally calling DCTC's tranfer agent for a year now and cross checking with what I expected via the info I have been getting from the company and in EVERY instance the number of shares actually outstanding has agreed very closely. The drop in the number of shares outstanding over the last month is proof that what has been stated about the buyback being active is true. You have apparently as I have been burnt by other companies that were floating shares without the knowledge of the shareholders and are sensitive to this issue. I think that if you had been closely following DCI for a longer period and were more aware of the consistency of DCI's mangement in regards to being honest with it's shareholders and understood that Joe Murphy has publically stated his goals in regards to how when this company makes it his shareholders will as well, you would realize that intentional share dilution is not an issue here. Also, trying to micromanage the number of shares out and draw conclusions is not really practical since we have no way of knowing until filings when shares are issued for employee incenitive plans, when options are excercised and a host of other possibilities. Joe has stated for the entire year that I have been with DCI that if every option/warrant were exercised that we would have 21-22 million shares out. We should be expecting to see that number of shares outstanding currently climb as time passes, mainly due to options being exercised. If we go over those numbers without and explanation then we can worry. Until then I am not going to be bugging the transfer agent every few days/weeks.
