To all, Bruce from the FDA just called back. He said that from the time Vivus placed the application for inspection, the FDA has 6 months to either respond or get out there and inspect. I will mail Nina and find out the application date. Bruce said that he didn't think he could find out the inspection date. He said the the New Jersey district is very busy. Well I guess that is a typical response for a large beaurocracy. If anyone calls ask if they can find out who would know who to contact to get the inspection date. The FDA has to have some sort of inspection schedule. No?
