<<<<Chirodoc, I have to respectfully disagree with your assessment that you can use a heating pad and create the same type of heat pattern that would result from an injury. i happen to be an expert in the field of medical legal fraud. once you get a ring with md's, dc's, pt's, and attorneys they can become quite sophisticated. right now there is not gold standard for thermal imaging of the back. too much depends on the room temperature, patient temperature and there are no objective algorithms--that does not mean there is not a potnetial market. but, for now, mri, emg, and plain films are the gold standard. curtis
