What he said was that he was "comfortable with $1.15". All that means is that the company's viewpoint is they don't see less than 1.15. It's the same thing he said 3 months ago. That's all.

Jack, may I take it, then, that you think that Ashby's estimates for the year's performance are gross underestimates? Why do you think he floated $1.15? He had to say something, and given that state of the stock holders, and the history with the lawsuit, what are you going to say? I did not say the "estimates for the year's performance are gross underestimates," so please do not associate me with things I have not said. Even if the future were so bright he needed sunglasses, he can't say anything except a neutral stance. IMO just jack
