They "authorized management to develop". My completely uninformed
guess is that they may have something working this year. And they have to beat the others to the market. And compete with flifo & travelocity and the airlines themselves.

Someday they will be an internet company and they will have the p/e they deserve. They don't have a p/e now because they are not even making a profit as a travel agency.

Here is the press release:

TAMPA, Fla., April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- 800 Travel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: IFLY - news) announced today that at its first meeting since the completion of its initial public offering, its Board of Directors confirmed the Company's commitment to its strategy of providing personal customer service through its ''800'' numbers and
authorized management to develop an interactive travel reservation service over the internet to complement the Company's existing web page.

800 Travel Service is among the 100 largest independent travel agencies in the United States with 145 reservation agents at its Tampa, Florida, and San Diego, California facilities. At its meeting Tuesday, the Board directed Mark Mastrini, the Company's President, to engage an independent Human Resources expert to assist in the Company's efforts to increase the number of its reservation agents while improving the quality of its agents. The Board also directed Mr. Mastrini to improve the Company's internet reservation service to make it a more integral part of the Company's business.

Good Luck,

Dan Ogens
