SyQuest released a new 8K today with details regarding the recent warrant conversion. I briefly reviewed it and I still can't get the numbers to balance. SyQuest stated in their press release that after the warrants were exercised, they'd have 81 million shares issued and outstanding. They had 72 million shares out as of 12/31/97. The 8K states the 12 million share warrant conversions occurred in late March and early April of this year. 72+12 does not = 81... and what about the additional 4.7 shares incentive shares? Are they not counted until registered later this year? I'll have to carefully read the filing again. Anyone care to give me a hand explaining/resolving these issues?

Regards - Dale

Thanks for the winstation link. sounds like a viable product at a good price. seek time is still a bit slow - surely a function of the media. however - what a poor website - especially for a tech company. wonder if this reflects their resources.
