Eric, you will have 30days from the time they call them to get the paperwork done. Another option is to just sell the warrants and buy the commons. Personally, I will be exercising the greater part of my warrants for the commons. I really see IFLY, as a value play.

IFLY would have to get permission to call the warrants. If the warrants are called you would have 30-45 days to convert, sell or let the warrants expire.
