Webstreet is the best i have seen. So far executions have been essentially immediate. also, they give you 10 portfolios each of ten stocks updated in real time. The quote i see there is the price the trade is executed at. They really have their site together! Simply the Best. Also this is the best java appl i have ever used on the web.
