Bill, One point of clarification: Dragon Dictate is written by a private company and they cannot be taken over. Private companies can be bought out anytime the price is right, they just are not subject to hostile takeovers. Dragon is owned 35% by Seagate, so that would make a takeover a little more difficult, because there's two sets of owners to convince, but not impossible. Bob
