<<7. There is a gag order and neither TX or RNTK employess can purchase or sell stock>>

This is the second time Mark has said this. Is it my imagination or is he trying to tell us something. Why put a gag order on and stop insider trading?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Eric

LOL!! Obviously this gag order didn't work. Somebody leaked information and the last time there was a leak like this, NOAH built himself a BOAT!

junkets--thanks for that yahoo post--makes me feel better about holding here.

i have learned a few things:
1. if the stock is good and the momentum players leave, you lose if you bail late.
2. if it is not a good stock then why in the hell did you buy it in the first place.
3. if it is a good stock and it drops--buy more--don't sell.
4. don't buy crappy stocks.

i am still of the belief that rntk follows rules 1 and 3--i am holding since i bought in at a buck and trust that they have excellent technology.

good luck to you

curtis

Junkets,
The stock prohibition is key. I can tell you that as someone who works at a public company. I understand there was a similar restriction for RENT buying back shares before they signed Blockbuster. For everyone's information, insiders are prohibited from buying stock, and a company is prohibited from buying back its stock, if it is aware of a material event that would affect the price of the stock.

Also spoke to Mark on Friday, said basically same , and added that the Shell/Tx refinery merger is a small pittance of thier operations and that although shell has a GTL process it is only natural gas and cannot do bottoms.
