James, thanks for responding. If the PFD's have shorted from the 5.00 level, and are covering now at these prices, they have already made a fortune, and likely could care less where the price ends up. They have probably made so much money already, they could likely care less if they converted all their PFD's. I bought what I thought was very low too, and have seen a 50% loss, paltry compared to fellow shareholders who have held since much higher. I have been sitting on the bid a 1/64, just for fun, but would be very lucky to be filled. Good post, and great philosophy. This trades pink sheets as well? I was unaware of that. Thanks. Hugh
