Within the merger agreement, they should be sizing up the value
of WOTD and the CVIA shell, deciding what price they desire for
WOTD shares, and plans to convert CVIA certificates into WOTD
with those thoughts in mind. Hence, the illusion of a split;
in reality just converting. If I'm not thinking right someone
let it be known.
Of course this is not all today's merger planning is about.
They are polishing up a concept, and planing to move quickly
with it as well.
