No, they're authorized but unissued stock. You are saying that it costs CPQ money in the long run since their stock goes up and this is money they could be generating by selling stock in the open market. We know CPQ will never issue more stock as a way of generating cash. So I will say it again, it doesn't cost CPQ any more no matter what the stock price is. I do agree that the value of what DEC shareholders get is less if the price goes down, but CPQ's cost is fixed. This is not rocket science, folks.
