Ed, my last post on this. The value of the fractional share of CPQ that the DEC shareholder is to receive is not locked in. Hopefully everyone on the thread knows that stock prices change. However the cost to CPQ of that fractional share is fixed.....AT ZERO. Don't know how else to say it.
