jperry: I am a libertarian and think that if someone wants to use, buy or sell drugs, it is their own business and the government should have nothing to say about it. I do not hold that matter against Hagen in the slightest.

A libertarian does NOT believe that it is ok to cook a company's books and steal money from innocent shareholders. I do hold that against him.

Some kid goes into a convenience store with a gun, steals a few hundred out of the register, gets caught and gets sentenced to 7-10 years in jail. Yet a company officer can put out fraudulent statements claiming huge profits, trick investors into placing a high value on the company, sell millions of dollars of his own stock to the public, and the chances are pretty high that he will not face any criminal charges whatsoever. That is not right.

My mention of Hagen's criminal record, which I have known about all along, was only to suggest that the odds against him may be higher than the average corporate officer in his position, and that may affect how this tale reaches its end.

Jperry:

I wouldn't bother trying to convince "Sid". You may as well be talking to a wall.

He's thrilled that this company's stock is dropping because I believe he's got a hidden agenda. Why else would someone be so focused on one company's demise. Anytime there is a press release or the stock moves downward, here comes Sid crowing like a rooster on a fence post, no doubt taking personal credit for DHMG's misfortunes.

And don't worry about Sid calling the company, which has been suggested here many times before. It doesn't fit his investigative "style". He would rather malign DHMG right here by trying to scare shareholders out of their stock, thereby playing right into his hands.

Like you, I think the company is legitimate, but may have some bumps to smooth out along the way. I'm still holding my shares. When DHMG is vindicated, Sid and his shorters will move on to their next victim and he'll disappear from this thread.
