Getcher:
None of my business but, in the spirit of this thread, I'd ask you, to think twice about shorting Intel. Intel already warned and this is reflected in the stock price. IMHO. Same goes for going long Ascend-it has had a hell of a run-up and the growth isn't that exciting. Much expectation is already in the stock price and I'd not be surprised to see a pull back here to mid to high 30's.

Again, just my opinion but I think there are many better shorts than Intel and better longs that Ascend (after a run up from 22 to 42 it's high yesterday).

regards and good luck whatever your decision,

Ray

HI Getcher

I don;t have puts on LSI...i don't follow the stock...However, it has just broken a double top, has near term resistance of 29-30, and a downside of 5-6 points...

but the Point & Figure charts looks ok...there are better stocks to short/put.....IMO...

On INTC, even though they have warned, i think based on the chart, they have broken down...They are now below there bullish support, and "IF", they miss, the stock will hit 68, or maybe 64...good support at 68 though...If they do better, then the upside will be 4-5 points that's all for now...

I own The May 75's, and the Apr 70's(funny MOney trade)....:>}all puts!!!

I think they will miss the number, and warn, albeit, spin this warning with all the ah's and ahem's and ifs & buts and maybe's that could help the bad news...But they will announce bad news IMO...the markets may however ignore it and buy the news...who knows???

I'm betting down.......
