Thanks for your cordial request. Your 'sayeth' is my command. I will leave these electrical contrivances for more important things in life - God, Friends and not the least, family.

I will not return to SOLV for the next month or so (all promises are off if anyone should start daydreaming about this stock becoming the next Shell or Mobil).

Big decision due out tomorrow. Will Solvex have to give Kalimur 750,000 shares or will Kalimur have to go to the open market and buy them????????????
