Bill, As my last post indicated, I have not been in this stock, but for a small position, since January. I don't think (fraud) (IMO) is the problem, but self interested manipulation may be in play. My questons would include whether Sterling is part of the Reg S puchasers. These shares to me from reading Free Edgar are without restriction. I would request that Gary Braggs discuss the current situation, as he is a prominent participant in the the private placement, and has responded to inquiries at this thread. ( I am not accusing Gary of any unethical practices, but he has in inherent conflict of interest - if I were in his position, considering the general drift of the information, I would selectively sell as my private placement shares were available for such transfer.) However, as I ended, for the most part, my position, because of the bullshit - that I percieved was being purveyed to the shareholders of BCMD, I request that you please do your own assessment and DD. My view is that this stock is going to take a dive, unless there is rational explanation and verified assessment of milled gold. May there be gold in your Easter eggs. Mike
