John, Several of the limited partners have been in touch with GRNO. (After all this is an LP issue) GRNO again asserts that the permit has been applied for. This is being confirmed by the two largest LP's. And since it is an LP issue, it does not necessarily require a press release solely for the purpose of publicly refuting it. We, as LP's, are taking this VERY SERIOUSLY and will get to the bottom of the issue. The topic is sensitive and could impact outstanding issues with DHEC so for that reason, give the LP's a little time to get all the facts in hand. We have NO DESIRE to interfere or cause further delays. The above is the opinion of "this" particular LP. 'Nough Said. Regards, Ron

I apologize if I am repeating myself (thought I posted this already but I don't see it showing so I'll try again) Is it my imagination or do OT comments get more play on this thread than those actually related to GRNO? Anyone have answers to the last 2 questions asked by Ned and Larry? 1. Whatever became of the processor that was being constructed after the completion of the L.L.P.? Mr. Carraway mentioned that, the next processor construction had begun besides the one in operation in Charleston. Is it still being constructed there or has it been moved? 2. Is there still a Limited Partnership or did everyone cash out for stock?? Waiting patiently for those long chained molecules to start cracking all over the world!! JRAY
