"From my CVIA Shareholder point of view it will be somewhat of a benchmark to me., of how the new WOTD management team perceives the loyalty and committment that the current CVIA Shareholders have demonstrated."

Perfectly stated Wayne, this is what it is all coming down to, that one paragraph. I don't think many of the share holders have to prove anything to WOTD, but yes they have much to prove to us. At least if they want to keep a loyal shareholder base intact, and supportive of their future. Many new companies do not have the luxery of a built in loyal investor base and I hope they will appreciate this and not waste this one built in asset that CVIA brings into this deal.

In Nov it was no questions about the shareholder backing this merger via proxy votes. In Jan we took our lumps with the Reg S deal and watched the Share value drop and get deluted. In March Many of us bought the Reg S shares and tried to support CVIA and this merger once again.

Bottom Line WOTD should realize, they are walking into a situation that could be much worse than what it is, and they should appreciate and extend some return curtesy to those of us that have been here supporting CVIA through out all this. They are the ones that have much to prove to us.... not us to them. IMHO IMHO IMHO and IMHO
