I thought that I must have been missing something, because I couldn't imagine how you could have a thermophilic plant without such equipment. Was there ever a time when this was the case? The key is that the three additional process systems that Trooper claims is due them, didn't exist at the time the license was granted. It is one heck of a stretch to suggest that these other processes are merely an improvement to the Thermophilic process.
