What is unknown is what will be added to book value by the Drake acquisitions. Since TASA is financing the purchase and paying for it through the increased revenue stream, it seems to me that the Drake book value gets added directly to TASA's.

If Drake sold for 3 times book, then 2,500,000 / 3 = 833,333 and that divided by 8 million shares is about .10/share more for your calculations.

Personally, the value per share is more determined by the public perception of managements vision and the execution of a sound strategy to make that vision a reality. This is what allows a company's share price to move beyond book value and determines how far.
