Lisa,

Now that actually made sense. If the dollar continues to drop, then foreign investors would lose; therefore I would assume as he did that the forign investors should take their money out of out bond and stock market. No tie that with flight to safety. With JAPAN cutting taxes and the U.S. helping to support the YEN, it would appear that investments at home (Japan) may be a bit better now.

Does that make sense.
