Mr. D, If you own 800,000 shares you have to file a 13d with the SEC, assuming 16,000,000 shares x 5% = 800,000. If you own 5% you must file so let us know when you do so we can link to SEC and post for all to see that you put your money where your mouth is. By the way you let us down by not supporting the $4.00 share price that you said you were.
