thanks Doug for the reply..guess all i was hoping for was that someone would say something like.."well they have to rule by such and such date" i dont expect anything from the company at all til we hear from the nasdaq..evrything hinges on that..someone told me that we would definately hear within 3 weeks..well..that ended yesterday.. frankly the reasons, justifications,purposes..etc are at this point, moot..just the verdict matters now..so..ho hummm..wait wait wait..
