I2: It is hard to figure out what the underlying reason(s) are for the additional shares based on the filing alone. Lawyers incorporate every contingency in these filings no matter how remote as that is their job. But to the reader, any remote possibility is given as much attention in the filing as any other reason. Without calling the company, I view the filing as neutral and in the course of day-to-day business. Earnings before the bell on April 23rd around 8:00 am EST. CC to follow at 11:00 am EST.
