Chucka, These are legal proceedings between Joe and I and we need to agree on a referee, or I just return the sample, just as simple as that. Although I do not appear so here, I am a trader, and I know what I do. I do not need lawyers, because I make my contracts tight. We have a deal, or not. Our contract as stated by Joe gives me the right to simply return the sample with no penalty. I have a printed copy of that, and you can trust me. I am not stupid. I know that refineries have a minimum charge, and I know that if I send Joes sample for refinement and its value is say $250.00, and their minimum charge is $300, then I am out $50 bucks and any other incurred charges. Do not help me here, because I need it not!! Trust me, Joe has more at steak here than I, but you can also be assured that I will be fair with him. My total risk here is less than $100.00 Hundred Dollar, Jack!!
