Julian I have been an active VAS shareholder for over one year now. Active meaning my holdings tend to fluctuate in this company. I believe that the best way to play a speculative play is to maintain a steady balance of shares, while attempting to buy more at lows and sell at highs. We are now seeing VAS at a definite recent low and I expect to see a nice jump sometime in April. Regards, GB
