Good morning Sergio, thanks for the specials,I'll take a look after work. Also, thanks for the clarification on BI's press release,to be honest,I don't follow this one as close as I probably should. It and Cade are longterm holds for me,what happens today, tomorrow,or the following week are really not important to me,what happens 5 years from now is<g>.. Speaking of Cade,to be exact Molly owns(as of 3/26/98) 5,208,762 common shares. I have heard a "rumor",that she is selling shares-nothing new,"if it's true",remember, she has been selling shares all along,to support herself and her needs.Molly currently holds 23% of the company's outstanding stock,Institutional holdings are 9.60% of the 21,661,000 outstanding. I have been unable to find any recent filings, later than 2/25, of any selling or buying by Molly. insidertrader.com "Insiders must file their Form 4 with the SEC by the 10th day of the month following the transaction. This means that the transactions may be anywhere from a couple days to five weeks old by the time they reach the SEC. Here is a link to the proxy statement, which lists all 5%+ beneficial ownership,salaries,options,etc.edgar-online.com Also bare in mind "The Company pays directors who are not full-time employees of the Company $12,000 per year, and pays non-employee members of the Audit, Compensation, and Strategic Planning Committees an additional $6,000 per year for service on such committees in the aggregate." A girl has to do what a girl has to do<vbg>-Molly is 48 years old. Later, time to make the donuts/rake out rocks<g> DD PS: I'm not saying, I don't agree the price may go lower nearterm-but for my money, the next earnings report will kick it up again and eventually it will stay there(IMHO)
