To Elk Thanks! I do not believe anyone could be really justified in not wanting to help the poor,through Universal services, that may be a item of interest to some lawmaker,But IMO it will have to stop there I would rather see the true needy get it for 3 cents a minute,I'm Sure IDTC would agree. A very broad and regulated industry will not fly.Tauzin and the E-commerce commitee have the backing of too many supporters to let it happen very soon.HAPPY EASTER to yours.
