Myron: I didn't know you owned Euto stock. You might not know me but I lurk at the 56 day thread and the Three Amigos. I bought Lunn before ATPX, still own ATPX for the long haul. I thought you dealt with mainly Nasdaq Small Caps? I have Euto shares in cert form and sitting in my account at my broker. I received the 1099 to fill out in February. I believe that 1099 was for my shares in cert form, not certain though. I was going to wait and see what happens. Andr‚
