Juanita (or someone) -- could you define the term "float" for me? Also, could you explain why a low float would cause volatility? Thank you, Perchance :)

Your questions are always pertinent, and your answers are always clear and concise. Your answer to Scamedfred was a marvelous example of logical, unemotional(?) clarity. But really, it was fun to read, and I think you were right on target. Could this Calvin-ism (from "Calvin and Hobbes")be Scammedfred?
