The "new" ASFT has had the following product/upgrade releases the last
six months. They must produce profitable revenue over the NEXT six months, adequate to replace declining "old" LANtastic revenues, in order for this turnaround to be real. This is the bet......

TeleVantage shipped late March 1998.

ModemShare 32 shipped February 1998.

LANtastic for Windows NT shipped January 1998.

CoSession Remote 32 Version 8 shipped December 1997.

VisualVoice Pro 4.0 shipped August 1997.

These products must show up in the income statement in meaningful and profitable dollar (not unit) volume, during the April-June, and July-September quarters.

If this happens, and you bought today, you win. If this does not happen, and you bought today, you may lose 15%-30%, or you may lose nothing, and the company will still be alive and issuing press releases. You will likely have a chance to get back out at a sustainable loss. The risk/reward ratio is very acceptable on this stock, today.

All in my humble opinion, of course.
