<<why are there so many anti-MUSE doctors?>>

How many do you know of?

I only know of one - - that Casey guy who runs that impotence thread.

Great concept---fair product---terrible company

IMO, there are much better places to put your money in this unbelievable market. Muse was the ED darling last year but this year it's Viagra. You can't fight market or public sentiment. Viagra will be everything the trials have said and more.

I've covered my short position since this stock dipped to single digits but still think the short-term looks bleak for the company (even with FDA approval). Long-term prospects depend on whether Vivus is able to evolve their concept to the next level (Muse II or another improved transurethral product). Fighting those lawsuits will also take its toll on the company.

Management is the ultimate key to the success of any company (look at HVSF and ZONA). Unfortunately, Leland hasn't shown himself to be able effectively market his product or deal honestly with the "street". Until these things happen, Vivus remains dead money in this marketplace.
