It appears that the CEO of Digital River has the same interests as the TSQD shareholders. Most of his ownership in DR is through his ownership in the TSQD shares. The company has continued to raise a good deal of money through private placements and of course has had to give equity to the investors. However even if TSQD owns as little as 20% of DR when it goes public (hopefully this year) it could lead to a significant increase in the stock price of TSQD. This is what happened to Zitel with its 1/3 interest Matridign which never did go public.

TSQD is by far the leader in its field, downloading software for more then a thousand vendors.

TSQD and DR are still relatively unknown. Even though the TSQD stock price is below its high it was quite a bit lower in 1997. The stock has a small float and some enthusiastic buying had caused the stock to spike to this area.

IMHO I expect the previous highs to be significantly surpassed this year.
