Dear JDP: Nope, dont know anything about that. As to fact they had only completed one by 12/31 thats no surprise. I didnt know anyone had completed even one at that date. Like SYNT I believe that CMND does not consider itself a Y2K provider except as it relates to their other business. Thus when all this is over they should have a continually growing not shrinking business. JDN

Humbly report, JDP, regarding: Following an alleged breach by the Company of a Year 2000 solutions services contract in early 1998, the customer terminated the contract.

Asked Nanda about it in #reply-3699746 .

The answer, #reply-3700026 :

A payment related issue not performance. These guys are pro.It seems part of the
venture money came from Phoenix Mutual. They have near 350 employees and a well
run facility in Bangalore India. They are located in a park with neighbours such as
Otis, Security Insurance, United Technologies and Stanley works among few. They
are already working for Otis and I am sure they will get other UTC components such
as Sikorsky, Pratt and Whitney and Carrier. Also being in Hartford suburb they have
access to other local insurance companies such as Travellers, Aetna , Cigna and
General Reinsurance. Their niche is insurance industry. Their y2k is very small like
SYNT and it will increase. ANYTHING ELSE SIR. YOURS HUMBLE
