Phil...Great DD That definitely gives some insight on the CEO and where ATCT may be heading with McNeeley at the helm. I think I'm going to accumulate more shares this coming week. Thanks Phil

Hi Phil, Thanks as usual for the research. If I had any concerns about ATCT it involved my fear that it would have dificulty obtaining credit prior to returning to profitablitity. This merger eliminates that concern. I believe AT&T will return to telemarkeing bigtime as the long distance service competition heats up. The Justice Department appears ready to support Bell Atlantic's petition for long distance service. I think the newly merged company can have a significant impact in teleservicing industry.
