i have no idea what the company's machinations mean after all: 1. the negotiations are secret and we have no idea about the long term effect of their contracts or proposed deals. 2. yes the stock will probably drop. 3. i bought in at a buck and am holding so i don't care that much. 4. exclusive vs. non-exclusive can be bantered about but who knows what that means long term for the company or tech? it would seem to me that more deals are better but if their tech is that good wouldn't a company demand exlusivity, at a price? 5. 1 month, 2 months, etc. to close the deal in this type of stock could mean 3 months till never--this is not citicorp. i think i will tuck this one away and not worry about it for a while. curtis
