Yes I am aware of the investigation. Like you, I get every press release from the company.

We'll see about the books being cooked. I don't think there is any intention by Hagen or anyone at DHMG to deliberately defraud shareholders.

About these guys selling shares. As it was pointed out earlier by someone else, filing doesn't mean outright selling, and even if they did, I don't think these officers are pulling down huge salaries in a company that is trying to get both feet firmly planted on dry ground. Perhaps they need the money. Don't know what the case is here. I'm only speculating. But you don't seem to think there could be any other reason for the 144 filings. To you it is clear, concise and concrete evidence of the principals selling out, because that fits your script of trying to scare shareholders out of this stock.

Did Hagen buy any shares in the past year? 6 months? I don't know but I heard that he had. If so, why didn't you mention that in your "circling the drain" scenario? Doesn't fit your script?

All I can say at this point is we will see what happens. And, as is always the case in a conversation with you, you may now have the last word.

Jerry

Sid... I dont know if you had a chance to review the message Jerry posted to me a few days ago(#300). He refers to your "hidden agenda" and "Sid and his shorters." Basically it appears as if many investors are questioning your motives. This is what really damages your creditability with me and I am sure many other investors who read your comments. I too have questioned your motives and have yet to get a straight forward response. I think you called it your hobby? Your comments are far to malicious and your behavior far to obsessive for this to be just a "hobby".
Anyway, I dont intend to be rude. I just thought for creditability purposes you may want to respond.
