To be honest, I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to figure out that near term earnings for CNTR should be good. The company has a revenue stream that should be $50M+ this year from its database and database related tools. There are only 200 employees in the company now. This equals more than $250,000 in revenue per employee... Most of the outstanding debt on the balance sheet has been eliminated. If they can't show a profit on that kind of rev/employee I'll be shocked.

Within the next six months this fact should drive the stock to the $3 area. Beyond that mgmt will have to start to show some sort of revenue growth. That's a much bigger trick to pull off. If they can the stock will climb, if they can't the revenues will start to shrink and profits will go with them. If they can start to show some revenue growth they will find suitable suitors which is certainly what the new mgmt is looking for...
