Skelly, Happy Easter nice weather eh.
Of the 42 million shares outstanding the public float is approximately 12 million. I didn't know if you knew this. The point being that there are a lot of institutional investors in MPV for the long haul ( Credit Suisse/First Boston own at least 10% of the shares). What effect does the size of the public float have on share price when positive news is released? If the institutions are not sellers who will the bulls but from? Will the pressure from the bulls cause the share price to rise faster and higher than if the public float were larger? I welcome answers to the question from all.
