James, Re: >"Thread: Iv'e always wanted to buy INTC and it must be at a good entry point. The only thing that bothers me is earnings are due April 14. Question is, do I buy Monday, or wait until after earnings? Any advice is appreciated. Thank You"<

When investing YOUR money listen to YOUR inner voice.

That said, I would say to help you make a decision I can offer small advise. If you are looking to invest just for nearest earnings report, wait until the report and make YOUR decision based on the report going forward. If you are looking to put the money away for a long time 3-5 years then I personally think this is a great entry point no matter what happens to this current earnings. The new CEO has indicated the not so distant future (6-12 months from now) looks very promising for Intel.

If you are just looking to gamble on the momentum of the earnings it's easier than trying to guess which number will hit on a Roulette wheel. So choose a position (up or down) and place YOUR bet! you just might get lucky?
