Richard, the ZIDDI is at neutral since I am not even looking anymore to buy (and I have none to sell, nor do I sell short, well I realize some doubt the last statement, but, c'est la vie).

I am expecting the Nasdaq decision to be forthcoming pretty soon. The fact that they have taken this long to render is quite heartening to me. This whole thing is actually Coggins versus modern science. The AZ Superior court realizes that Coggins is an incompetent alcoholic and I'm hoping that the Nasdaq investigators realize it too. I have a contact that talks to someone in the AG's office and they are trying to figure out how to get out from under the financial liability that the old moron has put them into. Coggins is still violating AZ law by talking to the public in Yahoo and uses 2 different names. He's also breaking one of God's commandments - bearing false witness against others.
