Mohan, You're playing a dangerous game if you focus solely on historical performance without paying attention to what's going on in the industry right now. IBM is selling sub-$600 computers, alternatives to Intel are proliferating, and Dell's direct model doesn't provide as much of an edge over revamped channel strategies implemented by some of the larger players. In the current climate I'd strongly suggest you think twice about paying so much for earnings that may not be as robust as they have been in the past. Jonathan
