The equipment to maintain a 7/24 service is relatively cheap but that would require an appreciation on their part for the value of quality service. Borland has never had that and they continue to extend that tradition. Actually, it was just last year that one of the managers responsible for bringing Borland to the brink commented that the web was a "novelty" which would soon pass. Sadly, he received a promotion to an even more dangerous position for shareholders. Needless to say it's now past 12:45 and the site is still down. Very unprofessional and indicative of their poor quality service.
