Actually, to be fair, he does respond to the fire sale approach, but what I meant was that he did not even talk about it from a GVIL perspective...only from what BOCI thought it was worth. Gez: no look at the good will of the GVIL name brand, the installed customer base, the relationship with apple, etc-- only $10 mil for all that and a $68 mil rev stream that was on the uptick? ....those are the questions he did not answer in the note.

Regarding Neil Selvin's response to Ogrady's Power Page:

Gerbils.

Thank God I sold out my retirement portfolio at 2+.

I only wish I'd sold my open market portfolio at the same
time.

His bombshell announcement turned a $4000 charitable donation
into a $1788 one, and killed my open market portfolio.

I no longer own GVIL stock. Their record speaks for itself.

My GVIL stock is now invested in Exodus Communications
(EXDS), which, while speculative, has a record of competence.

So far, I've managed to salvage a fair percentage of the
hit I took on the GVIL stock.

Now, I understand what they're saying, but I wonder how much of
their margin these purchasing power issues were really
consuming.
