<<<I didn't understand the portion of the Fortune article that says" such tools can't always read programs added on top of a PLC's ladder logic".>>> Jan, A PLC is really just kind of a rugged version of a PC. There is a type of networking software that receives inputs from various sensor input devices and then outputs controlling signals. While the TAVA CD and Database can interrogate or classify the PLC as having a Real Time Clock that is compliant or not, It may not be able to interrogate or evaluate software laid on top of that basic operating system. Kind of like your BIOS may be Y2K compliant in your PC but if you are trying to run Lotus 123 Version 2, the software program is NOT Y2K compliant. Much of this unique, one-of-a-kind software would have to be totally rewritten to be Y2K compliant. It is my impression is that this is where the synergy between TAVA and WNDR comes in. TAVA could assess the basic hardware for Y2K compliance and WNDR will be right there to offer the company a whole new (Y2K compliant) software network solution to go on top of their hardware. I suspect it was the meshing of the two and strategic planning that delayed the roll out of the new WNDR software. Sorry to hear that the 4/27 Fortune is out to subscribers. I was hoping to pick up a little more below 12 on Monday. Will still put my order in and hope for a little drop. BTW I'm been on the same plays with CR some of the time. CR is not your average short, and if he sees enough potential, he could well join you on the long side. In fact, I seriously doubt CR has ever yet shorted a single share of TAVA. A good investor can hold two opposing thoughts in their mind at the same time. I always find it humorous that this short/long battle continues. Both parties want to buy low and sell high, shorts just want to sell first. Wait till this stock really is overvalued, then the shorts will be all over it. When a stock is way overvalued, that is the time to sell it, whether you own it or not. When it is undervalued, that is the time to buy, whether you are going long or covering a short. Zebra
