It seems you are correct. More money will flow into markets.

Article brings to mind:
The "Big Bang" after the 1986 deregulation of the London securities market I believe had something to do with euphoria that resulted in "Black Monday" October 1987 crash. Of course interest rates were raised twice in the spring of 1987 which is blamed on the crash. But my point is BIG BANG caused the excess over valuations and making the crash that much more drastic.

Likewise 1929 crash had to do with EVERYBODY using their savings etc to invest in a can't loose stock market. This is what lead to bank de-regulation etc. Now it seems to me that many institutions and governments have forgotten the past and are condemned to repeat it.

So be it. The investor that can surmise the boom/bang/bust timing can gain quit a fortune for them self

Just my two cents worth.
